| Dekker Zevenhuizen: Projectleider Productie & Logistiek |
Onderdelen van dit professionaliseringstraject zijn o.a. het verhogen van de flexibiliteit en het verlagen van de voorraden en faalkosten.
Om deze doelen te realiseren dient een nieuw productieconcept te worden ontworpen en ingevoerd dat gebaseerd is op een pull-mechanisme. Hierbij dienen zowel de fysieke goederenstromen als de productieplanning en –executie te worden meegenomen.
Vanwege de specifieke product- en proceskarakteristieken en de complexe IT-infrastructuur betreft dit een zeer uitdagend project van één tot twee jaar voor een analytische en doortastende logistiek ontwerper.
Na afronding van dit project is doorgroei binnen de organisatie zeer goed mogelijk.

Onderdelen van dit professionaliseringstraject zijn o.a. het verhogen van de flexibiliteit en het verlagen van de voorraden en faalkosten.
In dit kader wordt de logistieke verantwoordelijkheid uitgebreid tot het integrale logistieke proces waarbij met name voorraadbeheersing, ordermanagement en productielogistiek (zowel planning als de fysieke goederenstromen) als additionele verantwoordelijkheidsgebieden zijn gedefinieerd. De nieuwe logistiek manager zal zich dan ook nadrukkelijk bezighouden met het verder vormgeven en optimaliseren van deze processen. Daarnaast is hij/zij verantwoordelijk voor de magazijnprocessen en binnenkomende en uitgaande transporten.
